For those who are prone to low blood sugar levels, the Lypo-Spheric® B Complex Plus should be taken just before a light snack or meal. Hypoglycemic substances, like caffeine, should be avoided.

For most people, the easiest way is to squeeze the contents of the packet into 1–3 ounces of water, swirl gently to make sure the liposomes are not sticking to the bottom or sides of the glass, and drink the whole mixture in one swallow.

If you don’t like the taste, substitute water with 1–3 ounces of a cool fruit or vegetable juice.

The contents of the packet will not dissolve.

Please make sure that you are pouring your cool beverage into your shot glass BEFORE adding the supplement. If you squeeze the supplement in first, it will stick to the glass.

If the product floats in water, it’s due to the density. If that particular batch has a lower density than water, then it would float. If the density is higher, it will sink. The density of the Lypo-Spheric® Vitamin C is typically higher than water, but some batches may be less dense.
